The benefits to you as a qualified trainer or you’re just embarking on a career

The ‘Develop The Trainer’, programme takes you on a journey from the beginning (development stage) through the vocabulary usage, verbal preparation and slide deck creation along with vocabulary used to the completion of a well developed and competent presenter & speaker. The most time is spent understanding you and your participant during a training and development workshop. The programme also talks about getting the participants into the mindset of learning as well as opening remarks and icebreakers and the UME (You and me) introductions, then we travel to the next part of the journey called Starting the Delivery, where we talk about body language, both macro and micro, controlling your environment and understanding the 40 – 40 – 15 – 5 mentality of the participants. How to open the next day and the RECALL matrix.

We’ll look at PROPoSAL, SHOW & TELL, the MENTORING steps and  SMART, these will help you to remember the very important keys, before – during – after, delivery so you don’t have to write everything down.
